Specialized tutors have all the same responsibilities as tutors, with the addition of completing six extra hours of training designed to prepare them to support students who require additional assistance. This training is led by UT3 and OISE and provides tutors with in-depth guidance on effective teaching and mentorship, relationship building, and tutee management.
